City Report formally retracts a statement contained in an article published on 15 August 2026 under the heading “Right to Justice Opens Criminal Case Against SKG Africa.”
In the original article, City Report reported that the offices of SKG Africa had been subjected to a police raid. This statement was incorrect; no such police raid took place.
City Report accordingly withdraws and retracts the statement in its entirety, and sincerely apologizes to the SKG Group, the relevant entities within the SKG Group, and Mr. Jean Du Plessis for the publication of this error.
Furthermore, City Report wishes to correct the assertion made in the same article that the organization Right to Justice had opened a criminal case against SKG Africa. City Report has been unable to establish that any such criminal case had in fact been opened at the time of publication.
City Report regrets the errors and any distress or inconvenience caused to the SKG Group, its affiliates, and Mr. Jean Du Plessis.
